Carrie L. Amos, President

Carrie has a huge heart for helping the most vulnerable people in the city of Danbury and seeing the city transformed in the process. She joined Jericho Partnership in 2007 as director of operations, was appointed executive director in 2009, and named president in 2012. Her responsibilities include leading the Jericho staff team, casting and shaping the vision for new mobilization efforts.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector and has extensive experience in leadership, project management, and client-centered clinical work with individuals and groups. In addition to her position at Jericho Partnership, she is an adjunct professor of social work at Fordham University, teaching various course offerings for Bachelor- and Master-level students.

Carrie received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Manhattanville College and a Masters in Social Work at Fordham University. She served in direct clinical services at Putnam Associated Resource Centers for 12 years and has been involved in community organizing, mentoring and grant writing and clinical work. Carrie is passionate about serving God in the city through word and deed ministry in collaboration with others.

A greater Danbury area resident, Carrie and her husband, Ed, have three children; Grayce, Jackson and Cathryn.

Harry Pugner, Director of Facilities

Harry, who has decades of experience in the building and construction industry, has been overseeing the maintenance and expansion of Jericho’s facilities since the Partnership started more than 10 years ago. Time and time again, he’s seen the Lord’s hand in the process, further cementing his strong faith and trust in Christ. Harry graduated from Henry Abbott Regional Technical School, Danbury, and DeVrey Institute of Electronics, and attended Western Connecticut State University and Berean College. He served in the United States Air Force from 1965 – 1969. He was recently elected to the Deacon Board at First Assembly of God in Brookfield and serves as the District Men’s Director of the Southern New England District Assemblies of God. Harry and his wife Lorette live in Danbury; they have three sons, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Harry is an avid golfer and also loves ballroom dancing with Lorette, going out two nights a week to feed their passion.

Lisa Siedlecki, Director of Communications

Lisa, who has a passion for communicating how God is working to transform lives, joined the team at Jericho in July 2016, after a short time as a consultant. Prior to a recent two-year stint as Director of Corporate Communications at Origami Owl Custom Jewelry in Chandler, AZ, Lisa was on staff at Walnut Hill Community Church in Bethel for 13 years, eight of them as Communications Director. She graduated from Western Connecticut State University in 1985, with a B.A. in English: Writing/Journalism. She spent nearly two decades at The News-Times in Danbury as a reporter and columnist before joining the staff at Walnut Hill. A food and wine enthusiastic, she loves to cook for friends and family. She’s also a drummer on Walnut Hill’s worship team, and is part of the duo “Ellipses.” She and her husband, Mike, have six grown children and two grandchildren between them. They live in Southbury and are active members of Walnut Hill Community Church.

Michael Ronan, Development Coordinator

Michael joined Jericho Partnership in 2008 after a career in business and law, serving as Secretary, Treasurer, Stewardship Director, and Director of Operations. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor from Pace Law School. He worked for the Perkin-Elmer Corporation in Danbury during the design, manufacturing and build of the NASA Hubble Space Telescope, then practiced law in Danbury for 21 years before joining Jericho.  Michael attends St. Joseph’s Seminary at Dunwoodie, Yonkers, NY, studying toward a Masters of Arts in Theology. He is a candidate in the Diaconate Formation Program of the Roman Catholic Church Diocese of Bridgeport. Michael is a founding director of Kevin’s Community Center Free Medical Clinic in Newtown and has served on numerous nonprofit and community boards over the course of his career. He and his wife Kathy are Newtown residents and active parishioners of St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, particularly in men’s and women’s ministries.  They have three grown children: Kristin, Matthew and Timothy.

Angela Rogers, Volunteer Coordinator

Angela has been on the team at Jericho since September 2016, ensuring that everyone who wants to serve with Jericho is engaged to their fullest potential. Angie earned her Bachelors in Human Resource Management from Auburn University, and her Masters in Organizational Management/Specialization in Project Management from Ashford University. A resident of Bethel since December 2012, when she relocated from her home state of Alabama, Angie enjoys running, exercising, playing softball, crafting, eating, and sleeping. An active member of New Hope Baptist Church in Danbury, she will be marrying her fiancé on May 28, 2017.

Michelli Anatolio

Michelli – a candidate to earn her degree in Social Work in May 2019 from Western Connecticut State University – says that “social work is more than a career; it is a calling.” Passionate about people, she joined the Jericho team in March 2017, after having volunteered at Hopeline Pregnancy Resource Center since 2014. Her husband Rafael had a rare disease called Guillain-Barre syndrome in 2013 and nearly died, but today she is praising God that he is alive with no side effects; his illness, she said, was “a life-changing experience.” Today, the couple lives in New Milford and attend Calvary Chapel Ministry, their church since 2013. One of Michelli’s favorite bible verses is Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according his purpose.”

Donna Cook, Administrative Assistant

Donna, who has a passion for helping people, joined the Jericho staff December 2015 after volunteering at its welcome desk and administrative offices since April of that year.  For most of her life, Donna lived in Massachusetts, where she volunteered for several years at ‘The Wish Project,’ a furniture, home goods and baby supplies bank in Lowell MA, which serves clients of nonprofit agencies in the Merrimack Valley.  In her professional career, Donna worked in various levels of IT, from programmer to project leader and SAP application support. She is currently an active member of Faith at Newtown church, Sandy Hook. She and her husband Ken have two grown boys, who live in Lowell.

Dina P. Quinn, Administrative Assistant

After devoting the last decade as a stay-at-home Mom, Dina joined the Jericho team in September of 2016 to serve as Carrie Amos’ administrative assistant. A Danbury native, she has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University, and is an active member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church. Dina and her husband, Ciaran, have two children. Outside of Jericho, she is a food enthusiast and creates amazing desserts as the pastry chef at Stanziato’s, a restaurant in Danbury.
