It’s a New Beginning: Jericho 360

COVID-19 has required Jericho, like so many, to grapple with our altered reality. How can we support at-risk youth, and by extension their families, when we can’t see them daily? How would we endure?

But then came a revelation: WE CAN DO THIS BETTER!

SOMETIMES, CRISIS CREATES OPPORTUNITY. WE SEIZED IT.

And now, with YOUR help, we can place every Jericho student on a launchpad toward lifelong success.

Here’s how: Often, at-risk youth do poorly in school because they’re burdened by other issues – poverty & hunger, anxiety, unstable households, etc. If we could address THOSE issues – along with providing mentoring and academic support - we could ease their burdens, help them see and believe in their own potential, and enable success in the classroom ... and beyond.

Introducing “Jericho 360.” This new program model is a 360-degree, relationship-based, “whole person” word & deed approach to student care that demonstrates God’s love for each at-risk youth by addressing their academic, physical, social & emotional, life readiness, and spiritual needs.  

With a slate of services, programs, and innovative workshops from which to choose - coupled with individual case management – students can engage, connect, learn, and grow in ways that enrich and empower them.

Your gift to Jericho in response to this appeal will provide:

• academic supplies, social & emotional learning tools, and healthy snacks for our students

• cleaning/sanitizing supplies and personal protective equipment for staff, volunteers and students

• Student and family case management support services

• IT support for students
