Leadership Development

We invest in the lives of at-risk youth in Danbury so that they, in turn, can become leaders and invest in others who are walking the path they walked.

Central to our spiritual development of students is ensuring they develop a heart like Christ’s.

To nourish that growth, we ensure that they become involved in service projects at Jericho and beyond, so that they give back to their community.

We lead them in prayer walks so that they grasp the greater needs of the community.

We worship alongside them, so that they remain open to God and His leading in their lives.

And we encourage peer-to-peer mentoring, so that they understand the gift of loving another like Christ loves us.
