Partnerships
It’s in our name… Jericho PARTNERSHIP.
Without our Village locking arms with us, we couldn’t provide the robust programs and services that truly benefit the youth and families we serve. Here are the organizations and businesses with whom we partner:
Academic/Social support Partners:
ARK Educational Initiative - providing a cutting-edge curriculum centering on disruptive innovations such as artificial intelligence, drone technology, 3D printing, etc. This is providing unmatched opportunities for our 4th & 5th graders, currently, and will expand.
Junior Achievement - providing financial literacy workshops.
4H/UCONN Extension Group - providing urban agriculture program.
Center for Empowerment & Education - providing age appropriate social/emotional learning and workshops on domestic violence prevention.
Trellis Mental Health Center - providing a LCSW/therapist to conduct group sessions and assessments with our youth, with the goal of identifying students who might need extra support.
Danbury Public Library - providing monthly literacy program.
Food Security Partners
These partners provide in-kind food donations to feed the youth in our Academic Tutoring Program.
